A deposit of GBP 50 per person is required upon check-in (only children of up to 15 years old are exempt). This deposit will be charged with no exceptions with a single transaction to cover all guests to the credit/debit card provided at the time of the booking.
The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage, guest misconduct, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities.
Please note that twin beds are available for extra guests. The property can provide an alternative bed arrangement on request.
The guest hereby gives consent to the property to apply to the guest’s credit/debit card all reasonable charges incurred which may not be covered by the security deposit.
If the security deposit is paid in cash, it will be refunded upon departure, after a representative of Staycity has checked the condition of the apartment.
Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take 3-10 working days however, some banks do take longer.
Please state your bed preference at the time of booking. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Staycity Aparthotels Duke Street in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

根據中央氣象局最新資料顯示，受到乾冷的東北季風影響，今（23）日各地天氣大多穩定，僅東半部、大台北東側、基隆北海岸會有零星降雨；另外，中南部有較大的日夜溫差，提醒民眾早晚出門別忘了加件薄外套，避免著涼。
氣溫方面，清晨嘉義地區最低溫來到16.6度，新竹、台中、台南18度，台北地區19度；白天太陽露臉，氣溫明顯回升，北部及東半部高溫約24至26度，中南部則可達28至29度，其中中南部早晚溫差較大，請適時調整衣物。
隨著蘭恩颱風北上，台灣附近的東北季風強度稍微減弱，不過中部以北、恆春半島、東南部及各離島沿海空曠地區仍易出現8至9級強陣風，鄰近海域風浪較大，尤其北部、東半部沿海仍有3至5米浪，海邊活動請特別注意安全。

嘉義縣長張花冠提告多年戰友民進黨立委陳明文性騷擾案沒完沒了，連總統蔡英文都忍不住關心，陳明文的妻子廖素惠21日在臉書貼文痛批張花冠，她還放話說，「不懂得尊重兩性平權是張花冠，我會親上火線，揭開張花冠的真面目。」
廖素惠表示，「回首來時路，對不起大家！我忍了二十幾年！我看到張花冠這樣的人竟然可以跟嘉義縣的女性朋友，提出女性主義。兩性平等。」
廖素惠說，「侮辱女性的人，是張花冠。情挑嘉義，軽佻男性，侮辱男性。不懂得尊重兩性平權是張花冠。free style....我寫不出來一一一一我會親上火線，揭開張花冠的真面目。」
除了指控陳明文性騷擾外，張花冠在政論節目上也指陳明文有涉入包工程等情事，對此，陳明文今(22)日受訪時表示，現在正在收集中，會把她講的一點一滴都收集起來。
陳明文強調，這事關到個人名譽，「我這幾年從政歷程，大家都很清楚，所有嘉義縣議員、鄉鎮長、縣府同仁都很清楚，基本上，我從來都沒有干預過她的人事、經費審查，這一點應該很清楚，我沒有包工程、做營造業，這種指控對我來講，非常嚴重。」
陳明文說，因為一個廟會活動，當時很吵雜、噪音太大，所以就近距離講話，就是這樣子，她要把這種事情變成政治問題，「我重申一句，為了黨派團結，還是容忍。」
兩位多年老戰友鬧到翻臉，連蔡英文都忍不住出面關心，蔡英文昨在台北賓館宴請民進黨立委，吃飯時蔡英文突然提到張花冠告陳明文一事，一臉苦惱地對陳明文說，「欸，她真的去告你欸！要怎麼處理？」還幫忙詢問同桌的同僚們能不能幫忙去喬一下，有人建議與兩人都交好的高雄市長陳菊、或行政院長賴清德出面，但尚未獲得兩人同意。
